Cheltenham Festival 2019
The beginning of the new year means only two things; we focus on a West Ham cup run and European push , plus we are only 10 weeks away from the Festival!!!

As last year , I will do my best in posting preview nights but at this point I need to bolster my ante post pot and I am REALLY struggling this year to get anything going of quality.

I have already wasted money on the following

Summerville Boy to win Champion Hurdle
BattleOverDoyen to win Supreme Novices (looks destined for Baltimore)
and
Wholestone to win Stayers Hurdle

I would love to know what people remain confident on for Cheltenham ?
I have had 14's for Apple Jade to win the Stayers as I reckon they may fancy that this year instead of the Mares which is her obvious target.

Can Laurinha beat Buveur D'air?
What wins the Arkle as everything is getting beaten
Presenting Percy is yet to be seen does that worry you

Re: Cheltenham Festival 2019
I've gone for the following so far:

Annamix to win the Supreme Novices
Tiger Tap Tap to win the Triumph Hurdle

Also have had a little go on Jon Snow to win the Triumph Hurdle as well. Was going to leave it alone but at 25/1 when I was looking couldn't pass it up.

I am confident Tiger Tap Tap will be in the mix. Stormed home last time out and the odds shot right down.

Haven't decided on the Champion or who I will be on for the Gold Cup. All I know is I've got my ticket!

Still think native river will take all the beating on the Friday especially if the ground is as tacky as last year

Hendo's horse Champ will take some beating in the Novice Hurdle... he has looked something else... Delta Work in the RSA... Lalor in the Arkle will be the story of the festival... and Native River to make it 2 from 2... that's the ones sticking out for me at the moment

Was impressive enough for me to invest at 6s.

Anyone got anything in the Ryanair - I suspect loads of good horses will swerve Altior and champion chase to make it a top class Ryanair

Re: Cheltenham Festival 2019
I'm ignoring the Kempton form, too many good horses got beat. So, at the moment Santini and Kalashnikov are at good prices.
Henderson has a staying hurdler, Birchdale, scheduled to run at Warwick on Saturday. Maybe worth following. Same owner as Champ, so they're unlikely to meet at Cheltenham.

Can't wait for his year's festival shall be in attendance for the 8th year on the trot. The Guiness is sublime and the bands get better every year, one of the best days out of the year.

Flannel... Frodon for me in the Ryanair (if he goes that route)... he seems to just get better and better... put up one of the best weight carrying performances I seen in the Caspiar GC since Denman in his pomp... he's only a little un but his jumping is perfection and with Frost on board they are a match made in heaven... they spoke to Nicholls after and even he was lost for words how much that horse has come on... not sure of his odds but he's the one I will be on...

Re: Cheltenham Festival 2019
Slightly off topic, I thought it was wonderful watching Houblon des Obeaux win last Saturday. Irritatingly, didn't back the horse on this occasion, but a favourite of mine, and what jump racing is all about.
